Have you placed 10 relevant trades of a significant size, per quarter in the last year?

Does your financial instrument portfolio, including cash deposits and financial assets, exceed €500,000?

*This might include but is not limited to, your saving accounts, options, shares, portfolios, equities and investment funds*

Do you,or have you, worked in the financial sector for at least one year in a professional position?

*which requires knowledge of the transactions or services envisaged*
